其中，最顯著的改變是將積分入戶的申請條件分值定為150分，進(jìn)一步提高申請的門檻，以及采用部分指標(biāo)用于積分制入戶，不再直接使用全部指標(biāo)，以落實國家和省相關(guān)規(guī)定，簡化申請過程，維護(hù)申請人合法權(quán)益。

此外，符合入戶條件的申請人將按基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)分值從高到低進(jìn)行排名，其他指標(biāo)納入資格分計算，即合法穩(wěn)定住所、合法穩(wěn)定就業(yè)和年齡三項指標(biāo)所得分值進(jìn)入排名序列，以落實“存量優(yōu)先”的政策要求。

人才引進(jìn)入戶降低學(xué)歷入戶、職稱入戶社保門檻

2022年7月14日，廣州人社局印發(fā)了廣州市引進(jìn)人才入戶管理辦法實施細(xì)則，進(jìn)一步規(guī)范和降低入戶的社保門檻。

其中，學(xué)歷和職稱入戶對社保的要求將由原來的“連續(xù)6個月”，改為“廣州參保1個月”，這對許多想要入戶的人來說是好消息。
