廣州白云區(qū)區(qū)別化入戶政策 introduces new regulations for 2023. The policy opens up certain eligibility conditions for talent seeking to enter Guangzhou. University graduates can now enter Guangzhou without a six-month continuous social security record compared to the previously listed condition. There is also simpler entry for college graduates through the “acceptance and entry” separation mechanism.
There are four types of Guangzhou entry requirements:
The first type is Guangzhou point entry. Residents need at least a hundred points according to the “Guangzhou points system entry indicator system and scoring table”. Individuals must satisfy the following to qualify for point-based entry. They must have legal and stable employment or entrepreneurial pursuits within Guangzhou, be under 45 years old, hold a “Guangdong Province Resident ID Card,” pay social insurance for over four years, and have no criminal record within the last five years.
The second type of entry is based on educational qualifications. Eligibility criteria include having a bachelor’s degree or higher, being under 40 years old, holding a bachelor's degree, and presenting an official graduation certificate. The applicant must have a Guangzhou social security record, but one month is sufficient. There should be no previous criminal record.
The third type is based on formal title attainment. People who have a level of expertise that does not match educational qualifications can apply for this type of entry. Individuals need to hold a mid-level professional title, system integration certificate or information project management certificate, and be under 40 or 50 years old, respectively. Guangzhou social security betting for six months is mandatory for mid-level professional qualifications, whereas Guangzhou social security for the applying period is mandatory for high-level qualifications.
The fourth type of entry is based on professional certification recognition, which requires holding a skill certificate, job title, or a specific tenure of skilled jobs. Applicants must have worked in a registered category in Guangzhou’s imported technical and skill personnel goal list for more than half a year and paid towards the social security.
In short, Guangzhou is pursuing more diverse entry requirements to encourage inflows of new talent. These entry requirements are changing regularly with modern society's economic and social changes.
